Welcome! to the USTA's Tennis on Campus Program
The USTA's Tennis on Campus Program was developed by the United States Tennis Association to help college campuses create and expand their on-campus intramural and club tennis programs…
Did you…
Play tennis in high school, but now you miss the competition?
Were you…
A former junior standout, who passed up a potential tennis scholarship to study academics?
Or are you…
New to tennis and looking to meet some new friends, and participate in organized sports activity on your campus?
Then, get involved!
Does your school have an intramural tennis league? An intramural tennis tournament? Or, a tennis club? Look it up…
The USTA is proud to be partnered with the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA), Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), and World TeamTennis (WTT) in offering the Tennis on Campus program to your campus.
Or, maybe your school doesn't have a league or club yet...
Start your own!
The Tennis On Campus program provides a variety of benefits:
• A Turnkey intramural program that is fun and easy to run.
• Start-up funding and equipment support (applications available each spring)
• Increased use of campus tennis courts
• Eligibility for USTA National Campus Championship and USTA Southern California Section Campus
Championships
• Increased social and networking opportunities for the student population
• Promotes a healthy physical workout
"If you start your own club or get involved running intramurals, you'll get to know EVERYONE that plays tennis at your school… I am not exaggerating." – Mark Otten, grad student, UCLA Intramural/Club Tennis
